Azalo Country House uses secure and certified payment systems.

4. BOOKINGS, RATES AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

4.1 Direct Bookings

a) Non-Refundable Rate

Full prepayment is required.
No refunds will be granted in case of cancellation, no-show or early departure, except as required by applicable law.

b) Refundable Rate

Free cancellation is permitted within the timeframe specified in the booking confirmation.

c) BeSafe Rate – Prepaid Rate with Insurance Included

Prepaid non-refundable rate including cancellation insurance.

4.2 OTA Bookings

For bookings made via OTA portals, only the terms and conditions of the respective platform apply.


5. HOUSE RULES AND STAY REGULATIONS

5.1 Adults Only

The property welcomes guests aged 18 years and over only.
Minors are not permitted.

In case of non-compliance, the property may refuse or terminate the stay without refund.

5.2 Pets

Guests are not allowed to bring animals of any size or species into the property, including rooms and common areas.

In case of violation, the Management may:

  • terminate the stay without refund

  • charge extraordinary cleaning or sanitization costs

The property permanently hosts animals present on the premises, including rescued and adopted dogs and/or cats, which live in the outdoor areas.

By confirming a booking, guests acknowledge and accept this condition.

5.3 Guest Conduct

Guests agree to:

  • behave respectfully towards other guests and staff

  • refrain from organizing unauthorized parties or events

  • respect quiet hours during the night

  • use furniture and facilities with due care

Management reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund in case of inappropriate behavior.

Early check-in or late check-out must be requested in advance and approved by the property.

Failure to vacate the room within the established check-out time may result in a charge of up to 50% of the daily rate.

Liability is governed by the applicable Italian regulations concerning hotelkeepers.

8.3 Swimming Pool and Outdoor Areas

Use of the swimming pool and outdoor areas is at the guest’s own risk and responsibility.

8.4 Natural Environment, Animals and Organic Philosophy

Azalo Country House is located in a rural setting managed according to principles of ecological balance and biodiversity.

The property follows sustainable and organic-oriented practices, limiting the use of synthetic chemical products and favoring natural, non-invasive methods for land and garden management.

Due to its countryside location, there may naturally be:

  • insects (mosquitoes, bees, ants and other typical species)

  • small wild animals

  • pollen and spontaneous vegetation

It is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of such natural elements.

By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the environmental characteristics of the property and its ecological approach.

8.5 Natural Events and Service Interruptions

The property shall not be liable for disruptions caused by natural events or circumstances beyond its control.

8.6 Breakfast and Intolerances

Gluten-free options are available; however, the absolute absence of cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.

8.7 Liability for Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property.

8.8 Guest Identification (PPSS)

All guests must present a valid identification document at check-in.

Guest data is transmitted to the Italian Police Authorities via the Alloggiati Web system and communicated to competent authorities as required by law.


9. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
