4.1 Direct Bookings
a) Non-Refundable Rate
This rate requires full prepayment and does not allow refunds, changes or compensation.
In case of cancellation, no-show or early departure, the amount paid will not be refunded, except as required by applicable law.
b) Refundable Rate
This rate allows free cancellation within the deadlines specified at the time of booking and in the booking confirmation.
c) BeSafe Rate – Prepaid Rate with Insurance Included
A prepaid non-refundable rate including a cancellation and assistance insurance policy.

5. LIABILITY OF THE PROPERTY
5.1 Limitation of liability
The property adopts appropriate organisational measures.
It shall not be liable for damages resulting from force majeure, unforeseeable events or the conduct of guests or third parties, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
5.2 Theft and personal belongings
The property is not liable for theft or loss of personal belongings, except as provided by laws governing hotelkeeper liability.
5.3 Swimming pool and outdoor areas
Use is permitted in compliance with safety rules.
The property is not liable for damages resulting from improper use or negligent behaviour, except as provided by law.
5.4 Natural environment, allergies and intolerances
The property is located in a rural environment.
The complete absence of allergens or natural factors cannot be guaranteed.

Gluten-free options are available; however, the kitchens are not AIC-certified and the complete absence of cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.
For breakfast, mainly pre-packaged gluten-free products are provided.
There is no dedicated gluten-free buffet.
